2. CAD & DFM Review

Our engineers produce 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings. We review for manufacturability and provide a formal design-for-manufacturing assessment.

3. Prototype Tooling

In-house mold shop and CNC capability means we don't wait on external tooling suppliers. Prototype tooling: 5โ€“10 days for inserts, 10โ€“15 days for shell tooling.
