The M83513/01-DC 25-pin Micro-D plug packs maximum I/O density in a footprint just 25.4mm × 7.8mm — smaller than a standard 9-pin D-Sub. This is the connector of choice for SWaP-constrained C4ISR systems: manpack radios, portable SIGINT receivers, UAV payload interfaces, and soldier-worn electronics. The 25-position layout handles dual RS-422 channels with power and discrete lines simultaneously. Airoadcon's twist-pin technology achieves <8mΩ contact resistance with 50g vibration rating per MIL-STD-202.
