Description

M12 D-coded connector — the industrial workhorse for 100BASE-TX Ethernet on the factory floor. Unlike fragile RJ45, the D-coded M12 provides robust IP67-sealed connectivity for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP networks in washdown, vibration, and extreme temperature environments. Unique D-coding prevents accidental mating with sensor/power (A-code) or fieldbus (B-code) M12 connectors. 4 pins carry Tx+/Tx-/Rx+/Rx- differential pairs for 100 Mbps full-duplex Ethernet.
